Kingdom Hearts (Xaldin/Demyx) [week 6, prompt 7]
Title: Certain and Inconstant
Author: Laylah
Rating: not worksafe
Word Count: 200
Summary: "Don't stop," Demyx says, slurs, his voice thick and hoarse, his hands tangled in Xaldin's braids.
"Don't stop," Demyx says, slurs, his voice thick and hoarse, his hands tangled in Xaldin's braids. They're both sheened wet, as pleasure makes Demyx lose control of his power, makes it erupt in little flares that pull the waves too far up the beach to break over them. The sky overhead is the same color as the sea, the same color as Demyx's eyes now. He is the most changeable of all of them: certain and inconstant, impossible to pin, calm when he's left alone and wild, like now, with the slightest provocation.
"Again?" Xaldin purrs, gathering the wind as Demyx rides him. This is a good place for him, too, where the gale comes easily to his call.
"Again," Demyx says, the words half lost under the rising howl of the wind. Xaldin lunges up, sinks his teeth into the soft flesh beneath Demyx's jaw, imagines the feel of a pulse beating there -- sometimes, if he remembers, Demyx can fake that rhythm -- and Demyx shivers on top of him like the surface of the sea, comng wordless and musical as the first sweep of rain batters the sand around them. They've brought the tempest, and Xaldin revels in it.
