Davina hadn't realized she spoke the quiet part out loud, not intending to of course. Obviously that remark would cause someone to have questions. Not that she'd blame Molly. If asked, she would probably tell the truth. Lying never came easy to the young witch. She wished it did, but alas.
"Thanks! I didn't want to celebrate by myself again." She looked at the tea offerings and Davina's eyes brightened. "You chose very delicious options." Davina reached for a chai.
"I don't know. The only other person who mentioned dropping by was Kol." Truthfully, Davina both wanted to see him and didn't. He confused her not unlike Kaleb and the brunette dealt with enough confusion in her life. "I haven't gone out of my way to meet a lot of people yet." She looked embarrassed. "Trying to remember spells keeps eating into my time and I suddenly find myself having passed too much time alone."
