Too busy? Well, that certainly sounded like Nathan all right, at least, from what Gabriel had seen of him. But it wasn't like any of them actually had anything to do here and now. And they certainly weren't that far away from each other at all. Gabriel turned his attention towards the door before glancing back at Noah, a smile spreading across his face, "Well, considering he's right across the hall, I'd be willing to bet that you'll get to meet him whether he's busy or not," Gabriel said as he reached out and ruffling Noah's hair.
"Your grandmother's here, too," Gabriel said, a very soft smile on his face tinged with just a hint of sadness. It would have been nice for his other grandmother to be here as well. Virginia Gray had always wanted grandchildren. She'd bugged him endlessly when he was still in his early twenties about finding a good girl and settling down. "And your cousin, Claire."
He'd be willing to be that Noah hadn't met her, either, if he hadn't met Nathan.
