Ianto looked down at his hands, suddenly serious. "Owen's changed a lot," he said softly. Dying would do that to you...he assumed. He didn't have any experience with death. "He's just...sometimes he rubs people the wrong way." He shook his head. "But he's one of my best mates, so he's not really that bad." He laughed. "I don't exactly have a particular brand of charm." He didn't consider himself charming. "I just have my coffee."
"I know you'll do all you can," he said seriously. "I see how this is affecting Jack...what it's doing to him...I think it would do a lot for him if the Doctor was around. I've never seen anyone unsettle him like the Master...except once." The Daleks had been worse, but he understood why. Still, this was really bad. He could tell from the way Jack acted and the stories he'd told about the Year that Never Was.
