"Oh, are there?" Daisy asked, somewhat relieved. Her graduation from Hogwarts had somewhat killed her compulsion to study, and Daisy had scarcely managed to draw up a list of applicable spells. She couldn't ignore that somewhat incorrect feeling that she was finished, never mind her internship. Daisy probably would have been better suited to taking a year off to go abroad, as many graduates had. London had called to her, however, and Daisy didn't feel as though she was ready to explore the world just yet. She hadn't even explored her own area of the world yet. "That's good. I couldn't bring myself to bring my old textbooks along," Daisy confessed, making a face. "I couldn't even bring myself to look at them much," she admitted.
Daisy nodded along to Emmeline's explanation. "It was the same for me," she said. "I wonder when the rest will get here?" she mused. "We could all go out tonight, once everyone's finished unpacking." Getting a preparatory long night's sleep before the first day of the internship didn't even enter Daisy's mind.
Glancing down at the map, Daisy came to a sudden halt before craning her neck and standing on her toes to look over the heads of a particularly tall group of businessmen next to them.
