She nodded. "One bedroom, two bedroom? Studio? Did you want to look at floor plans? Upstairs or downstairs?" She grinned as she reached for the apartment folders, putting one on top of the other.
"One is technically open but they weren't going to post it until the end of the month because they wanted to pull up the carpet and paint it. If you were interested, we can go look at it, and if you're into it, I can put a little rush on it and finagle a partial month payment before the lease starts," she offered. It wasn't anything she hadn't done before and she was on decent terms with the manager. "It's a two bedroom, second floor if I remember right. Number 30." She'd double check but she was pretty sure that was it. "The back corner building, anyway. The quietest one, if that matters."
