"Cool," she replied. So not bad on the income front most likely; she was pretty sure they were paid well.
"Hah," she laughed quietly. "I'd say there aren't tornadoes here but ... there's going to be a first time for everything." And they were coastal enough they got a lot of the storms.
She nodded. "Well, if you're out a lot - I assume you travel, lots of overnight stays? - maybe an apartment to start. Then if something goes wrong, there's someone around who can take care of it quicker. A pipe bursts in your house, you're gone for two days, epic disaster," she pointed out. "Same thing happens in an apartment, at least four other people are calling maintenance to get it taken care of," she continued.
"We've got two complexes here. The Smooth Sailing is ... lower middle class, give or take, and the Ivory Towers are your more high end. They're the newer complex, usually a waiting list but ... I have access to the whose' moving out soon list," she continued with an impish grin. "If you're interested we can go look at either or both, and if you decide you're into a house, I've got an acre of listings so there's probably one that'll match what you're after."
