"Bummer," she replied. "I was ... three or four when I moved here," she continued. "Well, when I was moved here. I didn't do it on my own," she chuckled.
But ... good that he knew a little about the town at least.
She nodded as he went on about his job. "What do you do?" She asked curiously. While it only really mattered for gauging income to make sure she didn't offer options probably outside of his price range, she was always curious what people did for a living.
"What's your preference? Homeownership or apartment living?" Her brows arched. "Or the mobile home community," she said. "It's that quirky merger between the two. They handle lawncare and plowing but if you purchase a unit, you still rent the lot but own it like it's a home," she continued. She actually kind of liked their little community; it wasn't nearly as ghetto as she'd heard some of them could get. "There's ups and downs to it both - if you're going to have a llama on the property, you'll want a house, but if you're flexible on the pet front ... we've got a couple of options for apartments," she concluded with a cheerful smile.
