"My options are pretty open at this point," he admitted as he shifted a little, leaning back in the chair and making himself more comfortable. "I grew up here. Well, for a few years. I was five or six when we moved. So I at least know a little history," he assured her with some amusement.
"I got a job in Jacksonville," he went on. "I don't need anything big -- it's just me."
He was open to a house or an apartment, but he figured he'd see if she had suggestions there first. Buying a house was more permanent and while he was a little twitchy about that right now, he also thought maybe jumping into it was a way to go.
