Beach - Jake, Catriona, open
Catriona smiled. Summer was one of her favorite seasons. She liked them all, really, but summer seemed to bring out the best in everyone, and it sure did make the town look pretty. "Looks like the heat hasn't got to your drink, at least," she motioned towards an icy beer.
Catriona kicked off her sandals and dug her feet into the sand, still warm although the sun was beginning to set. She looked off in the direction of the fires people had started along the beach. Perhaps she'd take a stroll that way when it started to cool down.
"Ah, that's alright," she said with a bright smile, "I brought my own snacks." She slapped her beach bag a few times to indicate it was full of food. "It's been quite some time, hasn't it? Sometimes this town feels bigger than it really is."
