Hello! I heard that as a non-guild member I’m still allowed to submit quests? Are there any other rules I should know about? Like it having to be on island? I was thinking I could use some extra hands getting some lumber from Miami to the island and wanted to know if that’s out of bounds before submitting anything.

I don’t have much experience making blue prints or anything so don’t mind my rough plan here. The first thing on the to do list being to work on the two run-in sheds since I imagine they will be the biggest projects and it would be nice to get more shade for the animals before every day feels like this.

I’m organizing a trip to Home Depot some time this week if you’d be up for helping get the materials from the mainland to here, let me know. And for those of you in the guild, I’m going to ask Barrett about getting it up as a quest so that you can get points for it too.

I've been thinking a lot about how I've been here almost three months now. It feels like it's been longer in a lot of ways. I gave up my apartment and quit my job. And I built up this farm and adopted a dog. And I still... don't know what I'm doing here, exactly? [...] I kind of feel insane for deciding to stay after everything that's happened recently. Maybe it's like a sunk cost fallacy kind of thing, but I haven't even really seriously considered it.

Honestly I don't know what I thought was going to happen when I came here. I had it in my head that I was like, chasing a story or investigating a mystery. But obviously I knew I wasn't ever going to broadcast this story to tens of thousands of people. [...] Why'd you all decide to come?
