McLoughlin. ([info]shutuporputup) wrote in [info]inshadowfalls,
A Conner anger problem is what her father had called it. It had escalated further only a few years back. Connolly stopped being angry and started looking for a reason to be angry. Being angry meant you could fight. Fighting was Connolly's physical means of truly feeling that anger....to not feel almost fragile in a fight. Only to turn around and feel triumphant from winning that fight, feeling fucking invincible..and doing it all over again.

However, in Shadow Falls, she was stuck somewhere between anger and not being allowed to throw those punches. It didn't suit the young girl at all. "Oh I've met one that wasn't so okay too. I got lucky that time." Her first encounter with a vampire, and one that she wouldn't forget.

Opening her beer, Connolly laughed and shrugged. "That's alright, I like being small." More rather, she liked proving people wrong since she was judged on her size in a fight all the time. Taking a long drink from the glass of beer, Connolly nodded and sat the beer beside her. "Yup. I fought against them, so they made it hurt more." Storm seemed pretty dead on, on where her chip was at. Connolly leaned her head to the side, exposing her neck more clearly. "Yeah...right there." She turned to look at him, her eyes dropping to his neck. "Do you have one?"
