all right this has taken me forever but before i (very belatedly) post this fella's intro, i wanted to kinda dip my toes in here and introduce him to everyone ooc and see what lines we could cook up!
this is elliott gothen, 31, son of the enterprising psychics who decided to found the psychic goth p.i. agency. he was born & raised in peculiar, went to college in the area, then bounced off to the east coast for grad school and returned six-ish years ago. he works very part-time with his family at the p.i. agency because, like his parents, he's got a lil splash of psychic ability. his comes in the form of dowsing, so basically he's great at finding things (usually things he's not even looking for but HEY that still counts? i guess?) he's classically scatterbrained, wandering off on his own in the middle of activities and conversations, but enthusiastic and friendly.
he needs just about everything. a few ideas: people whose dirty laundry his parents (or he and his brother) have uncovered, people who have hired them to uncover someone else's secrets, or maybe people who hired them for less seedy types of investigations. people he knew growing up and in college, someone he also works for part-time, people who make sure to always grab him for a successful thrifting shift, and anything else a kinda psychic guy can do for you
