| At the end of the war everyone was happy to welcome Kingsley Shacklebolt as the new Minister of Magic. A practical man, they put their trust in him. "He'll do right by us," people said. That is, until he made a mistake. People began to talk: "That Seer has put a spell on him!" "When have they ever done anything to protect us?" "He's put every one of us in danger!" There is talk of a group of people who believe the government is too corrupt to truly do right by the people.
