THE PREMISE A new Dark Wizard has called upon the Death Eaters, old members and new members alike, to help him organize a take over once and for all. It's 2012 and because of this, a new war is brewing in the Wizarding World. The group of Death Eaters came together in 2009 to start rebuilding themselves for their cause. Voldemort is gone but their ideals and beliefs still linger on among their social class. It's been nearly three years since they've started planning slowly while studying their old mistakes and their blind following of Lord Voldemort. Only now have the signs of their uprising started to show themselves clearly to the Order of the Phoenix. All of the random but violent muggle murders, disappearing Muggleborns and finally the re-appearance of the Dark Mark in the sky above Diagon Alley. The Daily Prophet deemed it a prank but the Order has started to reform as well to get to the bottom of the issue. Members of the Wizarding World are now living with the prejudice and fear once more that they've spent over a decade trying to forget. With the Ministry once more acting oblivious and on top of the situation - will the Order come out victorious once more?

ABOUT THE GAME Wizard War is a plot-centric Harry Potter game that incorporates all new characters into a new Wizarding War. The game includes all canon background and we do allow canon characters to be involved. We want to get a solid group of good, detailed and creative writers together who miss plotting and writing in this fandom. With some effort, Pugno will give you a little of everything! An opportunity to write a character dealing with a new war, their social lives, jobs and family. We want to incorporate drama, angst, comedy, fluff - you name it. Never before has there been such a period of destruction and social turmoil for both Wizarding and Muggle alike. As Harry Potter readied himself to face Voldemort a final time, there were many who felt that the Wizarding world was teetering on the brink of a golden age. Those who stood with the Order of the Phoenix longed for a period of peace and safety, free of the dark cloud that was Tom Riddle. Those who bore the dark mark prepared to welcome a new society that embraced purity and order. Both sides clinging to ideal visions described by their leaders. Many would sacrifice, but none would see their ambitions bear fruit. I've been modding for 5+ years and I'm going to be starting a Marvel Civil War era community based in the Marvel Movieverse. I've seen all the marvel movies and I'm very knowledgeable about the characters of the X-Men comic verse, but I lack specific knowledge and details about the Civil War line and the other marvel characters past their movie appearances. Although we would obviously be tweaking things for the movieverse, I'm looking for a co-moderator who's more knowledgeable about this specific era in Marvel's universe so that we could work together on creating this community.

Ideally, I'd love it if you had some good modding experience, but the most important thing is that you can come with your own ideas, be open minded to combining ideas and be aware of what issues members usually have with poor moderators. It's important to me that we can work to set up the community together, but I'd also love to keep you on as a co-mod once we open. So I need to know that you feel you'd be able to continue to moderate well, incorporate old and new members into the monthly plots, help to welcome people and dissolve any potential issues before they become unneeded drama, etc. These responsibilities would be both of ours.
