Destiny Falls
We'll all fall down....
Welcome to a world of exciting night life, perfect weather, simple and luxurious pleasures, and all the excitement or rest and relaxation one could ever want. Founded by Liam Sypher in 1970 after he purchased the land for dirt cheap in an auction, Destiny Falls has quickly become the place to live, vacation, and work. Once the private property of billionaire, rapist, serial killer, and cannibal Richard Beckett, this secluded island off the East coast of the United States boasts a world-renowned resort, spa, medical center, exclusive housing, private school, college, a gorgeous natural waterfall for which the island gets its name, and a Las Vegas-like nightlife, with a downtown strip known simply as "Vice Alley" that's brimming with four star hotels, restaurants, clubs, shopping, and casinos. Visitors and residents can expect the convenience of the very best of anything their heart desires at their fingertips, twenty-four hours a day. Some people find their way to the island on their own, looking for a new start. Some are sent there as punishment, forgetting their old lives entirely. Some come on vacation and have such valuable psychic abilities that Mr. Sypher just won't let them leave. There's all the reason in the world to come there, and no reason at all to ever leave again. For anything.

In fact, it's really best for some if they don't even try.

So the question you must ask yourself before coming to Destiny Falls is, do you want everything your heart desires? And what's more, could you handle it if you got it? Mr. Sypher, still alive and kicking and living in the penthouse on the top floor of the Sypher Hotel and Casino located in the heart of Vice Alley, is here to help. Down on your luck? Looking for a change? Looking for that ever elusive big break? Forget New York, Hollywood and Vegas, Destiny Falls is the place where it's guaranteed to happen. Be it riches, fame, love, youth, or success, it can and will be found in Destiny Falls, at least for a time and ALWAYS for a price. The price usually being your soul.

But does that really matter when everything you desire is yours?

Destiny Falls is a brand new, original character RPG set in the fictional island of Destiny Falls off of the East coast of the United States. Lots of PBs available and plenty of smutty and plotty potential!

The Premise

In the Summer of 2024, a pack of werewolves started terrorising the country, turning young children and brutally killing their parents. A month later the dead started returning to life. Voldemort was among the first to arrive. By spring 2025, Voldemort and the werewolves had joined forces; Hogwarts, Azkaban and Diagon Alley had been attacked, but Ministry and Order were still standing strong, forcing Voldemort to live in hiding.

On June 18, 2025, everything changed! Voldemort launched an attack on the wizarding world, hitting King's Cross, the Hogwarts Express and the Ministry. While the forces of good spread out to protect the population, Voldemort took over the Ministry – and with it the Wizarding society. The Order and their allies fled to Hogwarts, where Headmaster Severus Snape shielded the school, making it impossible for Voldemort to gain entrance. From there, the Order launched its resistance.

For the rest of the population, it’s comply or be killed, but under the surface, people are trying to find a way to manoeuvre outside the new laws and restrictions. In the meantime an unknown, yet undetected, spell is spreading amongst the Wizarding population, Death Eaters, Order and neutral alike. A spell which has the potential to turn the world upside down once more.

Apartments For Rent
VACANT. A cousin of Mina Harker, Lucy Westenra grew up as the belle of the ball and everybody's darling. Despite being accustomed to the limelight, she's always considered Mina Harker her closest confidant. Never particularly wealthy, she's now in dire straights, and she's recently been employed as an assistant by the eccentric Miss Havisham, who has rented her the smallest apartment in the building as part of her meager salary. As far as Lucy Westenra's concerned, there's only one solution for this problem: A wealthy husband.

VACANT. Aladdin was an orphan from a very young age. He raised himself on the streets for several years, until he was scooped up by the foster care system and placed with a family. Though he did well in school, he still spent most of his free time running around town on his own, finding all the secret routes and back alleys of the city. As a result, he knows it better than almost anyone else. Resourceful, funny, and kind, he really is a 'diamond in the rough,' even if all he can afford is a tiny apartment on the first floor of the building. He's friendly with everyone, and has no real enemies to speak of.

Premise:
There is an apartment building in New York called 'Bellum Letale.' Most people ignore its auspicious name, though they would be advised to pay more attention to its meaning.

It is a strange building.

Every man, woman and child in the building is a reincarnated fable, the stories told to human children for hundreds, sometimes thousands of years. Once very real, the fables began to fade as science and reason dispelled the probability of their existence. They have all been reborn in human forms, though their essence remains, waiting to be awakened at the right time, in the right place.

Now is the time - Bellum Letale is the place. As their lives connect and weave together, as they follow their petty desires and long-held grudges, they are, all of them, on the brink of disaster. Their Landlord knows their every move, and the building they live in seems to have an agenda of its own. People are tortured, people die, people plot behind each other's backs and sneak around and cheat. They love, they fight, they draw blood. This is not the fairy tale you remember being told.

On May 02, 1998, a battle broke out at Hogwarts. The battle. Students, professors, creatures, The Order and Death Eaters alike fought hard for their beliefs. And then, Harry came forward, and history was made when he defeated Voldemort. Peace does not come easy though. There was a heavy price and they're only just beginning to pay it.

May 02 is a trio-era game set in the wake of the Final Battle. Picking up the day of and just after the ending of the final battle, we will follow our beloved characters as they grieve, fight and work to rebuild their lives, and attempt to find their place in the world as it stands now.

But it certainly won't come easy.

MAY 02 is a game that started immediately post-war with the goal of playing out the interesting dynamics of what might have happened during that time. While not epilogue (or interview) compliant, the game is set strictly in canon, with a few additions for a realistic feel.

You’ve just been sentenced to MCI Grand Junction, a prison located some 20 miles west of Boston, Massachusetts.

You have been sent here to carry out the full term of your sentence. There will be no escape. There will be no appeals. Some of you will never leave. For some this is only the beginning of a long and terrible nightmare.

Rumors of brutality, of severe discipline, rape and even murder is rife within, but in a place like Grand Junction money talks. Besides, you are a convicted felon: society has washed its hands of you.

The only people looking out for you now are those left on the outside waiting for your release. Pray you live long enough to see it.

Your life as you knew it is over.

Welcome to Avalonis, where superheroes and villains walk the streets and nothing is quite what it seems.

The city of Avalonis was once dubbed the superpowered capital of the world and even today the city is filled with people who can do the most extraordinary things. Some can move things with their mind, others can read them and then there are some who have no powers at all but insist on fighting for justice nonetheless. As when you have a city filled with heroes, villains will follow and now the city is host to some of the most spectacular and epic show downs the world has ever seen.

Beneath the shiny exterior of the city and the side that the tourists come to see in the hope of catching a glimpse of the city's famous heroes and villains is a layer of corruption. The Irish mob and Italian mafia control parts of the city, pushing prostitution and drugs onto the streets of Avalonis. If there's something you crave then there's always a way to get it, no matter how sordid your tastes.

There's a reason why the city needs heroes. Avalonis Police Department is rife with corruption. The internal struggle within the department is probably why they have yet to pay full attention to the recent disappearances of young superpowered individuals, but how long can these disappearances remain unnoticed and who knows more than they're letting on?
