Okay. You've seen our ads around. Perhaps you've even clicked through the community. So far, so good. Still, I can't help but notice you haven't applied. That's okay -- we'll work through this together. Just repeat after me: my name is ______, and I haven't joined Connotation. The first step is admitting you have a problem. That's right. A problem. There's really just no other explanation for you not to have joined with so many major characters still available (like the Potters and all the Lestranges) and a real plot that encourages character development. And that's not even mentioning the amazing cast that's already pretty active on the out of character community (check out the number of journal entries and comments here) waiting for you to join. But that's okay. We all make mistakes. Here's how to fix it: Go read our premise here. (Just a little spoiler? Muggles are going to find out about the wizarding world and they won't take it well.) Then, pick a character here, place a hold, and apply. It's that simple. We'll be waiting. | PROLOGUE |
You wake up one morning with a headache, you wonder if you're hung-over but you didn't drink anything last night so that can't be it and after taking a painkiller and heading to work you forget all about it. A few days later you think you back to your childhood and there's a memory that doesn't fit, it doesn't make sense and you try not to think about it because it sets you and edge and makes you feel uncomfortable. It doesn't stop. Maybe weeks go by, or maybe it's months, and someone turns up on your doorstep. Maybe they look official, or they're wearing jeans and a T-Shirt, but they introduce themselves and tell you that they're from something called 'The Agency', they sit you down and if you're lucky they'll make you a cup of tea or pour you a drink before explaining it all to you. The memories are real, but they're someone else's, someone you always thought of as fictional. You're what they call a reincarnate, someone who's been reincarnated from this fictional person, brought into this world with magic that no one yet understands. They talk about a war that's being fought between two sides of reincarnates, the good and the bad. You're not told what side to pick or that you need to, but you know that a day will come when you and the person you were and are possibly becoming will need to choose. |

Over the years Umbrella's effect on the world continued through the new company TriCell Pharmaceuticals. They rebuilt the city and other big cities to hopefully keep the monsters that lived at bay. Safe from most of the danger, life continued on in Raccoon City Heights. Human life could thrive, travel and live the way they used to before all of this, a decade later after the incident. raccoon__city is a Panfandom based in Resident's Evil Raccoon City after it's been rebuilt. Imagine a place where Blackbeard the Pirate and King Henry the VIII have weekly games of poker, where the fates and furies walk among the everyday citizen, where wizards are gods and no one is what they seem, even your best friend. Welcome to the Fortunate Isles. Long before wizards, emperors, kings, and warriors walked the earth the gods and the fates did. But like all species the gods died out and were replaced or forgotten in favour of new trends and ideals, but the fates are forever. The fates have stood by patiently and watched humans evolve through the centuries, looking for the perfect species for their experiment and in their search they came across wizards. Human but not quite human at the same time; with the abilities to do pretty much anything with their minds the Fates have decided that they will be perfect for the Fortunate Isles, their private get away where gods, and furies, Valkyries and pirates, kings and emperors alike walk once more, their personalities transplanted into the bodies of wizards. Upon death witches and wizards will enter the Fortunate Isles where nothing will ever be the same for them again. With all of their memories from life still in tact the witches and wizards of past must now figure out how to live with new personalities and accept the fact that not everyone can be a god and everything you once knew, is no longer the same. |

Harry Potter is gone. Those who followed him are imprisoned, enslaved to trusted servants of the new regime, or dead. This is the dawn of a new age, where the Pure have reclaimed their world and the filth of the magical community are put in their place. Defy it at your own peril. This game is set in a dark place.
Note: Unforgiven is an Alternate Universe game and is not Deathly Hallows canon. Events are accurate up to the end of Half Blood Prince, but from there our story diverges. Some events are kept (hunting for Horcruxes, for example) but most are not.
Wanted: We will be closing to apps as of March 31st. Holds placed on or before that date will be given three days to apply and allowed 1 extension. We would really like more Bound and even Free members of society. Though that doesn’t mean we wouldn’t like to see others. Come check out our character list as our players love seeing new characters come up on the holds page. They’re a very active and vocal group.

At the mark of the 22nd century, the human race finally cracked the code on intergalactic space travel, allowing anyone and everyone to explore the deep levels of space. New galaxies were found as alien races were discovered. Humans finally realized that they weren’t the only people in the universe, let alone the smartest race. Humanity struggled to find its place in the newly discovered community of races and most humans dwindled away, never to be seen again. As new technologies were discovered, the 'aliens' found out how much they really held a distaste for the humans. In a way to destroy their connections, they decided to implode the earth, leaving many humans stranded and alone.
