Welcome to Gotham City. The politicians are corrupt, the cops are crooked. The doctors can't be trusted, and the environmentalists are psychotic. Hell, even the clowns aren't funny. Seems like these days that the criminals are the only honest men in town. The good intentioned are few are far between. Sleazebags can take any shape or size - they might be wearing a hoodie and sagging their pants, or dressed in custom-tailored Italian suits.

With circumstances like this, is it any wonder the city's best bet for making it through the night is a crazy man dressed up like a giant bat?

Gotham Knight is an RPG set in the universe of Christopher Nolan's Batman Begins and the Dark Knight. However, we are more than happy to accommodate any characters from the comics you'd be interested in playing, so long as they're appropriately adjusted. So come one, come all. The city needs its cops, citizens, heroes and villains alike.

Have you ever wanted to play in a game, but couldn't because the games just didn't exist? Perhaps the fandom wasn't active enough, or, well, the RPs in that fandom were so incredibly lame it made you want to bash your head against the wall. We know, we've been there. This game is for you.

This game is for all the people who have ever had a fleeting fancy to play a character, but couldn't find a home. This game is panfandom, but it is not a crack game, nor is it hugely AU. Unlike most panfandom games, we are not removing our characters from their universe and plopping them down in an alternate reality to torture or laugh at them. No, we're merely tweaking their canons so they can all exist in the same place at the same time!

Welcome to [info]beyondwonderlnd! This is a panfandom high school based RP, that is set in the present day timing - to make it simple on our brains! Instead of choosing one fandom, having a handful of canon characters and a slew of original characters to make up the game, we have merged several different fandoms into one setting.
