The only criminals about are those whose arms are not marked with a deathly insignia but are simply out to stir up an otherwise quiet world. After the war, a small, independent organisation was formed in order to maintain the calm between Purebloods and Muggleborns. It was a peaceful organisation, one whose aim was to unite the Wizarding World with their ideals, not to destroy it. It seemed as if all was going well. Until it all started back up again...
