Life As You Know It is a Harry Potter RPG set in 2005. The focus of the game will be character and world building, and once we have a dynamic, rich environment we'll add in some game-wide plot. The plot will be both mod and player created and run, and once we have a good foundation going, we'll have an open discussion to see where we go from here. (Some initial ideas are a virus, a rogue werewolf pack or a serial killer. These are not set in stone, and we would not do all of them. It will be up to the players to decide which direction will be most interesting for the game.)

Life As You Know It will be a thread-based game (no linked journals or AIM rp) and will open August 9th, 2010. We'll character and world build for about a month, and then start off the game-wide plot after everyone has a good grasp on a character. If you've ever wanted to try a character out before diving into a detailed plot, or have a hand in creating said detailed plot, this is the place for you.
