Well, she seemed to just be in an exhausted slumber, not unconscious. Which was a good sign. Especially when she started to stir. As for the childish murmured, he shook his head, smiling a bit.

"You're all right, Eden," he told her in soft, gentle tones as he continued to wash away the grim, dirt and blood that obviously wasn't hers. "Let me know if you need to puke, I'll get out of the way." He didn't really want to see what she might have eaten last night. She likely didn't want to either.
