Coop had taken the day -- and night -- in stride, as he always did. That was to say that their appearance here on the island and the subsequent disturbing discovery in the woods bothered him, but there was nothing they could do about any of it but take one thing at a time one day at a time.

It had taken him some time to get to sleep as well -- his ears were playing tricks on him throughout the night, and he thought he heard the wolves long after the beasts had disappeared back into the fog.

Once asleep, however, he remained soundly in Dreamland until Belle's voice -- and the smell of breakfast -- made him stir. Coop blinked up at Belle drearily from his dreamless sleep, and he reached his hands over his head in a stretch. "Smells good," he mumbled, barely audible enough to be heard as he rose.

Not even the lure of sleep could keep him from Belle's breakfast.

After a quick trip to the restroom, he returned to the kitchen with the worst of his pillow hair smoothed down, although otherwise clad only in a pair of pajama bottoms as he plopped down at the table.
