She scratched at the back uncomfortably at the thought of the Helper. Her building only had a central one.. something that almost made up for how incredibly run down the place was... but it was still enough to make Penny nervous. "I just feel like... I d-dunno.. someone knows ex-exactly when you're c-coming and going...and you don't have a ch-choice." She sighed. "M-maybe I'm just para-n-noid, b-but I take the f-f-fire escape instead."
The stutter seemed to be almost self-feeding now, stuttering uping the anxiety level that in turn increased the frequency of the stutter. Penny resorted to her drink, taking a long sip and a deep breath before trying to talk again.
"Kansas isn't any b-better." she offered a small smile. At least that much she was sure of. "I g-guess I forget that other p-people like to st-stay in one place."
