Reese noticed her change in demeanor but he didn't comment on it. He didn't mind crowds himself; they were good for blending in, observing others, and when music was involved, he enjoyed the way the audience often became one entity, soaking in the performance of the artists. At the moment attendance wasn't high, so everything seemed, to him, to be generally relaxing. Despite all this, Penny still seemed horribly anxious.
