Dean & Aly
Dean's smile grew when the woman handed him what he had asked for. "Thank you much." he said taking a moment to place her. He'd seen her around, friend of a friend and all of that. Even with as large of a community as it was, his circle kept on getting bigger and yet smaller too. He tried not to look off in the direction that she was looking off towards, half wondering if he was making her uncomfortable but standing there and smiling in the friendly way he did with most people. At least people he felt comfortable around. "...it's...Aly right?" he took his best guest at it, thinking maybe he had seen her around the Clinic when he had dropped off food for Ernie last week? Maybe? Honestly, Dean was just hoping he totally wasn't off base with this, though confidant in his ability to muddle his way through if he wasn't.
Now, he looked around a bit and his smiled faded into a grin, but was no less genuine. "I am. I'm surrounded by friends, and I know no one here is going to go overboard and put a damper on things." that was honestly more of a hope than anything. But, that was one of the reasons Dean came to these things. He could at least help make sure everyone got home okay. "How about yourself?" he asked very much hoping that she was too. "I mean, at the last, can't go wrong with all of this, yeah?" he said cheerfully.
