What: Running into each other
Where: Ivy Lane Estates
When: Monday Morning
Rating: will complete but nothing too horrible
Orla had popped out for some errands in the morning. She was also wide awake early that morning so figured she should take the opportunity to use the energy she actually had. She had done a spot of shopping for clothing since things were definitely too tight now. When she struggled to button up a pair of pants she new it was time to make a change. She had things come up with the Ministry she wanted to look presentable for. Plus just getting out of the house was something Orla looked forward to doing. She didn't do it often enough.
However, on this particular morning as she was headed back towards home she happened upon someone she had wished she had been a little more put together to see. She felt frumpy and a right mess as she saw Adelaide Yaxley. Could she not catch a break? It would be so much better if she looked put together with her hair actually done and a nice pair of clothing. Not whatever she could fit into. There were some really nice things in her bags, but alas she was in her clothing she had managed to get into and the long shirt was definitely hiding the fact she had done some creative magic to button the pants or at least the illusion of having buttoned the pants. The beginnings of a baby bump peeking out when in profile. Great, the cat was going to be out of the bag now, wasn't it?
For a moment Orla thought of turning to go the other way. She actually had started to make a move for that but then what was the point. She was going to have to interact with the woman whether she liked it or not at different points in her life now. There was no point running from the tall woman. God, she never minded being short around Caractacus but right nwo she wished she was a heck of a lot taller.
"Hi, Adelaide," Orla finally let out because it would be rude to just walk by her and ignore her.
