This week in Weather ...
First, sorry for ... um. Being absent-ish the past couple of days. I KNOW YOU ALL WERE HERE TO NOTICE. ::cough:: That said, we had to scoot one of the kids to the vets Sunday night and that lasted until after midnight, and Monday was pretty much reduced to zombie status for most of the day and we had to go pick up the child from his regular vets. He's doing better :)

Second, plot update, woo!

(tangentially, do we want a plot-update specific community? so you um... idk, if everyone tracks or if that's just a me and mandy thing as far as ... the level of tracking obsession goes? Anyway. I'm open to suggestions if we were interested in going that route).

So plot. For the rest of the week, starting today, the temperature is going to be climbing. 70-73 today, 75-80 Wednesday, 80-85 Thursday, high 90s on Friday - and then it will plunge dramatically to freezing and snow over the weekend. Full on, The Shining level blizzarding that will last through Sunday night before the dome returns to its regular, mild temperature with fake!sun and breezes.

As always, suggestions are welcome. Either on the drop box or .... the arrival/hazards entry. Or via e-mail, or on my twitter, or through psychic waves, though I make no promise to receive the latter.

when I saw "this week in Weather" i was totally ready for a 'BY THE WAY, MANDY HAS INTERNETS AGAIN FOR TODAY AT LEAST WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT TOMORROW' and was loling.

Does the hotel / anywhere in the compound have AC and are the pool etc temperatures going to be affected as well?

ALSO, I WILL TRANSLATE TO CELSIUS FOR THOSE OF US WHO DO NOT SPEAK AMERICAN:

70 - 73 = 21 - 22

	I needed the translations. I was like, "What is 70? Is 70 high? My iPhone says my room is 78 but it is hot and stuffy in here. But I like cold weather..." 	wtf, sleepy? Is only 10:30. Clearly you need tags. I should... get on that better. i keep writing like, a paragraph and then getting distracted... and PFFFFT. Jack says Wooo! Hot weather! :D He's gonna go swim nekkid in the pool on Friday because that's just the sort of thing he does.

Severus wants to know if cooling charms will work.

James will quite like the weather even though he'll be wearing his normal wool and linen uniform. Because he's been living in the Caribbean where such weather is utterly normal.

And Spock thinks Friday will be a pleasant day indeed.
