He'd taken to exploring, and had done his best to stay out of social situations. His observations had alerted him to stay on this side of the line - which he'd been intending to do anyway - and had brought his attention to at least two or three of his kind around here, though he couldn't be sure what timeframe they were from. He recognized Evans, and he was almost positive that older bloke that he kept seeing was Severus, though he didn't know where to begin to work that one out.
He'd been looking for a chance to scope out the rec room, but for the most part it had been occupied. Today, though, it seemed suspiciously empty. It took him a few minutes of surveying it before he decided that it was not a trap - it was just empty.
Slipping his way inside, he picked up the small black box he'd noticed a lot of the boys using when they wished to activate the noisy black screen on the wall. Pressing the red button at the top of the box since it seemed to be the best guess, he used the arrow buttons to scroll through the programming before realizing that he was using the wrong ones, and chose the arrows on the other side to make the picture change.
"This is quality muggle programming?" he murmured outloud without really meaning to, staring at the TV in disgust. He rolled his eyes briefly, continuing to attempt to scroll through the channels but there was a lot of the same. "Hn. I always knew they were stupid," he muttered as he settled on a program where a young girl and her monkey friend were speaking a language he did not recognize, considering watching it all the way through just to see if he could figure out what muggles found appealing about it.
