Lee, open
When Lee entered the lobby, he smiled and waved to the people who were already there. Miss Lily Luna and Tristan-san and Miss Faye. He briefly wondered if anyone else would be joining them, but it probably did not matter if no one did. Four people could do a lot of decorating, he imagined, if they set their mind to it. Especially if one of those people happened to be him.
The Halloween decorations were not anything like he was used to, but Lee did not expect to find paper lanterns depicting famous ghost stories from his homeland. He wondered, briefly, as he rifled through a box or two, if he could actually make some, with some of the supplies from the craft store. He remembered the images well enough to reconstruct them from memory, he thought. Oiwa's disfigured face, with her eyes starting from their sockets. A shrieking Okiku, searching for the tenth plate. A lifeless Ogiwara, entwined around his skeleton lover in a temple. At the very least, he could make some lanterns to hang in his own room, to remind him of home.
Lee crouched and out of one of the boxes, he pulled out a string of lights shaped like spiders that he began to untangle. They looked vaguely like spiders, at any rate. He had never seen orange spiders with purple spots that he could recall, but then again, apart from Ningame, he had never seen an orange and yellow turtle. With a grin, Lee wondered what Shino-kun would think of the string of lights. But spiders were not insects, were they? In fact, they would probably have eaten Shino-kun's beetles, chakra and all. Shino-kun likely would not be very fond of them, either way.
