"They scream in ours," she said. "I assume these are our sort of them given ... the need for them to be in potions." She assumed. What if it was this world's version of it, and all the precautions were for nothing?
Still, better safe than sorry.
"They kill people in ours, too. Not when they're younger; they'll just knock you out, then. When we had to ..." she trailed off. "Well, James and Sirius weren't exactly the best behaved students and there was an incident with a young mandrake in our second year." She felt an interesting, twisted pang at that. She did miss them, and she hoped like hell they were home and causing trouble at school and not ... trapped in some lab, or dead.
"Well, we should go while we have a break in the weather and before we lose all of the light."
Honestly, she could've put it off 'til tomorrow, but if they were mature and something did happen tonight, she'd never be able to let go of it.
