"Oh, I doubt they're complete idiots. They were clever enough to capture us, weren't they?" Not that she supposed cleverness really played a part in swiping people from bed or moments of high stress when they wouldn't notice in time to do anything about it.
She smiled to the comment about being evil; it wasn't as though she exactly had solid ground to stand on for an argument there. "It's because I just got here that we have things to do. We have to go explore the amenities of our lovely new cage," she pointed out. "Go through the process of testing the bars again. Maybe make some new friends in the process." She shrugged.
Just because they'd changed the setting didn't mean she was any less bent on escaping. Home would be preferable, yes, but at this point, freedom was looking just as good.
Isadora flipped the television off before she rose. A light smile adorned her lips as she regarded him. "Suppose I'll start by seeing what's for breakfast. Perhaps I'll see you downstairs."
