RP: Called it! Characters: Dug Time/Date: Morning, October 18 Location: Library Warnings/Rating: None Summary: Dug wakes up, unaware he's been missing for a week, and accidentally finds the first missing piece of armour. Status: Complete
Dug woke up in a room that was very different than the room he'd fallen asleep in, that didn't smell like Jaime. At all. And he was confused by that. He sniffed around briefly, but the room really didn't smell like anything familiar except room. He thought about posting to the network to ask about it, and to ask someone to come unlock his door, when he noticed that it was open.
Curious, he slipped out into the hall and glanced up and down the hall. He didn't notice anyone, but that was okay. He knew that people liked to be downstairs, and he thought that he would head in that direction, and was starting to when he caught a whiff of a curious odour.
It was unlike anything he'd ever smelled before, and it distracted him entirely. He followed it through the hotel, down to the lobby, and into the room with all of the books that he didn't really spend a lot of time in very often.
He spent a lot of time sniffing around in there, following this curious scent, when all of a sudden he heard a noise above him. He glanced up in time to see something shooting down towards him, and yelped loudly, jumping out of the way of the Really Heavy Metal Thing that had just come crashing down beside him.
After a moment, the fear left his system. He eased forward, sniffing the curious metal object and finding himself fascinated by the smell that was coming from it, though he had no idea what it was.
He thought that it might be important though. Or at the very least, he thought that he should get some help putting it back up on the shelf. Scratching a bit in order to activate the feature on his collar that enabled him to post things to the network, and started to send a message to the group, blissfully unaware of what was going on right now.
