Ichabod watched as Chase left, but in no way sought to stop him, the temptation to argue familiarity versus intellect, and that the former would win out but it would probably be pointless. Instead he turned his attention to those remaining in the room and watched as Sir Didymus sent images of the puzzles to the net. If he could learn the device, there was hope for Ichabod yet.
"I believe you are correct," he replied to David. "I do not think we are meant to recognize every aspect; they did say we would need to work together, there is no reason to think this should be any different. Now I think we must wait to see what the others have to say."
