He watched to know where she was storing it, just in case. There was no reason that he could think of for the delivery of such a book, but he doubted that it was without purpose.
He noticed that the table nearest to her was empty, and he frowned as he thought on that too. Perhaps it was a matter of days, or maybe not at all.
"Those I have met have spoken of witches and wizards here, so this makes little sense," he noted as he stood to offer her what he hoped was a comforting smile. She seemed to take it all in stride, steady and reliable. That was one of the things he adored about her. "Do you remember how to use that device, or should I show you once more?
