RP: Home isn't where I left it. Characters: Lee and OPEN Lucky Time/Date: Sept. 30, afternoon Location: Second floor, to start Warnings/Rating: Probably low/none Summary: He wakes up and covers his ears? Status: Complete
When Lee woke, he immediately clapped his hands over his ears. What on earth was that music? It was as bad as that attack from the Sound shinobi, and made his head throb. Or throb even worse.
He swung his legs over the side of the bed that ... was not his. This was not his room, either, and the sun was already up. That meant he had missed hours of training, already. That was all right for someone like Neji or Sasuke, who had been born with natural talent, but he had to work at it, to improve his skills. And he could not do that lying in bed all day.
His pouch lay on the small table next to the bed, but when he picked it up (one-handed, still covering his ear with the other), Lee noticed two things: the first was that the pounch was considerably lighter, and the second was that his bandages were missing. And so were his shuriken, he discovered once he had opened the pouch, even if he still had his kunai.
After he had strapped the pouch to his thigh, he also noticed a small black thing that looked like a communication device of some sort lay on the table next to the bed, and a note. They regretted the inconvenience? He was to be observed? There were others here? Other shinobi? Was Gai-sensei here, too? If there ever was a shinobi worth observing, it was Gai-sensei. Lee slipped the black thing into his pouch, even if he left the note behind, and picked up what looked like a room key. Then he left his room, in search of Gai-sensei.
