"We always seem to keep bumping into one another," she agreed as she rose. She stretched a little and dipped her chin in a nod to him. It was good to have him back, and the fact that her relief was disproportionate to what she felt it should be was something she wasn't going to peer too deeply at.
It would, however, make play-acting seem a bit more genuine, if there was a seed of ... something there. Trust, certainly, and perhaps a bit of desire as well, though forming relationships like that was hardly at the forefront of her mind.
Stroking her hand down Iridia's back, she smiled to Spike. "Have a good evening," she murmured to him before she started out of the library. Perhaps she'd go read in her room for a bit and ... think. But then, she was always thinking, wasn't she?
