He didn't even know where to begin. While they appeared to be speaking the same language, there were more words than he cared to admit that may as well have been gibberish. He didn't know where Africa was and he forced down some inkling of panic. Thanks to his upbringing, he could at least appear calm.
For a moment, he was silent as he attempted to decide what he wanted elaboration on. Gazing at the ... Ninja Turtles with a bemused expression, he shook his head lightly.
"What's a ninja?" He settled on, fixing green eyes on the strangely dressed girl. "And what is -- the speaker?" That's what she'd called it, wasn't it? He supposed that made sense; it was speaking, after all. "What is the speaker's purpose?"
Obviously it was for watching, but he couldn't quite figure out why anyone would want to watch turtle men ... what were they even doing? The animals made more sense. That had sounded educational.
