Chase chuckled. He really did enjoy some of the people here. The ones who adapted and acted like everything was just fine and like there was nothing at all odd about encountering someone sitting out in rain, clearly drenched from having been out so long in it.
Chase could have used, kept himself dry, but it suited him just fine to stay and be soaked and nurture his hatred for Caleb and think about what he'd like to do to Tyler and Reid, since they were here and Caleb was not.
"The same as it goes for you, I'd guess," Chase called down to him before he moved to the edge of the short roof. He jumped down, some mud splattering up when he landed. "Wet, rainy, and a little on the chilly side."
He strode closer to the man with the dancing lights and thrust out one had. "Chase," he introduced himself.
