Sam's eyes were firmly closed again, not in sleep as before but now in an attempt to keep the room from spinning. The corner of his mouth twitched briefly into a half smile at the sound of her voice but it was banished again fairly quickly. He was already breathing pretty deeply, working to keep the nausea at bay. "I think it'll be okay, as long as I don't try to move." He said.
After a moment or two the inertia inside his head passed and he felt at least able to open his eyes to look at her. "Hey." He said quietly as remorse filled eyes met hers. "Sorry, the last thing I wanted was to put this on you. I should've gone back to my place last night."
