Friends of the accused and victims alike recused themselves. Jurors were selected from each squad to represent their idea of justice. Our unique situation and composition of individuals from a wide variety of times and universes means that there is no one form of justice that will satisfy all needs. Each case was handled separately and so any inconsistencies that may seem present are a result of each individual's circumstances and their cases presented. Unless you personally sat in on each individual trial, your perception of whether or not things were carried out fairly are suspect.
However, I know you are quite interested in criticizing details of the law, so I more than welcome you to submit edit suggestions or propose amendments to areas you find lacking or need more specificity. These suggestions have been welcome to the public since the initial draftings, after the ratification, and continue to be so, and are far more productive if you want to see real and meaningful change. I'm more than willing to work toward solutions that include everyone's input. But you're also welcome to complain just to complain as well.
