I'm uncertain I would call even 10 days of solitary confinement "harsh," or even harsher than forging gardens out of graves.
There is a tendency towards disatisfaction but I think the root of that may have far more to do with the inhumane circumstances of these experiments than our attempts to address their aftermath.
And I say this as someone typically on the jury whose killer was found not guilty. I can admit my fault in our conflict that resulted in my death, and also see how Ms. Gold was victim to the same machinations as everyone taken into the arena.
Calling for additional blood would benefit no one.
