She settles in again and gives him a sideways glance before slinging her legs up into his lap. She's half a cat sometimes and invading people's personal space is just part of her charm. It's a test. If you can put up with this, you can probably put up with most of the rest of her most of the rest of the time. "I've, uh... heard about that. The closest I ever got was a weekend on some shitty island during an unscheduled tropical storm. Like living through Katrina wasn't bad enough, you add reliving that trauma to reliving masked killer trauma and literally being trapped on an island with no way off. And a kinda creepy girlfriend who showed up unannounced to stalk me for an entire day and a half before she announced herself. It's not India, but it may as well have been the moon."
