Most modern constitutions are predicated on the liberty of their subjects. We don't have that here. So we're trying to enshrine what rights we can in that space.
But if our captors decide to attack that, and they well may because organization is the effective tool against authoritarianism, it plays into their hands to throw out our efforts so readily.
The problem is not the Constitution, or even what specimens may do to protect their own or others' lives, it is and will always be the scientists who put us here, and you would do well to keep that in mind.
