Phasma
I refuse to deal in flowery hypotheticals. You abandoned your post. It cost us very dearly. You seem bafflingly intent on convincing me you are not in the wrong, which I find to be extraordinarily embarrassing behavior for an officer of your rank. If we were back home, I'd have done you the favor of shooting you for dereliction before you could make such a spectacle of yourself.
As it is, I cannot. It may be that in the moment you believed you were in the right. It may be that you truly believe now that what you did was excusable or not that bad or possibly even for the best. I do not care. I am not interested in discussing it with you. What's done is done. It matters to me not one fraction of one fucking speck of dust whether you are in the right or in the wrong. It has no bearing on what's happened and now must be dealt with. It is simply not important. It is never important.
I think you know that I am pragmatic in my alliances. We share certain values and priorities that are here in short supply. I do not intend to isolate myself unnecessarily. We can agree to work toward our common goals, which have always been the only things that matter. The rest is filler.
