I know there's been some talk about people of similar groups or universes being put together, but is that really the best idea? If they're going to decide a punishment or reward for someone in their own group, I think they would be pretty biased. What would be bad about going with the blocks as they're already set up?

And, I already know the argument that people of a certain type should be able to police their own, but in this kind of situation, with a limited number of people, maybe mixing it up would be better?

Just a suggestion.
