"You have no idea how much I hope you're right about that, John," Rory smiled weakly, "I can't argue that it's like a different world. Not at all. The work, the kids, the architecture, the teachers..." she shook her head.
"Anything else you'd like to submit as to why coffee is evil? I'm sure I've heard it all," she smirked, thinking of Luke's efforts to get her and her mom to cut down on their caffeine intake.
John continued to examine the disc. Testing and comparing to what he was familiar with, Rory guessed. "There's a laser inside the player that reads the information that a computer burnt onto the disc. Music comes on similar things called CDs now, too."
Rory got up from the couch and walked over to him, "What have you got... want to try it out?"
