Too long passed before Oliver spoke and Penny banked down the urge to hex him as he insulted her and then left, pushing through the crowds towards the exit leaving her behind in confusion and shock. What did she do? She wanted to tell him to fuck off but the words were lost as she picked up her clutch and shawl and gave chase.
Moving as fast as her heels could carry her, she gave chase through the crowds and people until she spotted his familiar figure in the hallway, the suit clinging to him. “Wait! Wait up,” she called, not caring if people saw her. When she finally did she threw her arms around him to give a brief cuddle. He looked like he needed it. “I’m not,” Did Will count? Was he entirely random? Penny wouldn’t have said he was. “Just..come home with me tonight? I’ve a spare bedroom and plenty of hangover potion. I don’t want you to be mad at me and I don’t think you should be spend be alone right now.”
