He watched her sip at the soup, glad she was at least eating something; before settling a bit more comfortable in his seat. He didn't really know where this conversation might lead, and knew that there was a chance apologies on his end might be coming by the end of it; however, what he did know was that he was happy to be here with her even conversing at all.
He chuckled about her whining and he nodded, "I'm sure you did, but I can already hear it 'Harry I need a wet cloth!' 'Harry, my feet hurt!' 'Haaarrrry I can't change the channel without you.'" he offered, before leaning back in the couch, "But that's just how I remember it."
Rome. He'd found, while he was there, that he was wishing she'd been there with him; which, if he thought hard about it, was probably bad of him to have been thinking at the time. It was the truth though, and he couldn't help but smirk when he thought of it, "You would have loved it. It was sunny the entire time, and I had a room that overlooked the sea. I really wish you would have been there, though, because I was actually there alone."
He scratched lightly at his nose before looking back to her, "And I'm not really all that good at going to the 'sights', as you know; I mean, I am not the most social person, and I mostly studied and hunted and did my work while there. I figure if you were there, you would've forced me out and at least I would have ended up having real fun."
