Harry Potter: Who: Harry and Lavender Where: Coffee shop When: Wednesday at noon What: Harry finally meets up with Lavender Rating: Low. Status: In Progress.
Harry made his way into the small coffee shop, happy to note the lack of patrons that currently occupied it. He was much more inclined to take the less crowded locations, for fear of that bolt attracting unwanted fans or guests to his table. It wasn't as if he didn't appreciate it, or found himself painfully annoyed by their presence; it was more along the lines that Harry simply found himself undeserving. He'd done what he was forced to do, what he'd been meant to do, not necessarily what he'd wanted to do. It wasn't as if he'd regretted it, he just assumed anyone in his position would've done the same.
None the less, he wouldn't have to worry about that here hopefully, and instead could enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with Ms. Brown and maybe get caught up, or something. Currently, Harry was dressed in long black robes that fell to his feet; the types of robes most Aurors wore, with his wand hidden in his sleeve in a little makeshift holster they provided him. He had his bangs pulled slightly forward and down, having let his hair grow out enough to help cover that stupid scar, and seemed happy and content with the results.
After meeting with Mandy the night before, and agreeing to help her; he was kind of in the 'help' zone, he supposed, and would be more than happy to try to help Lavender as well. Even if all it meant was providing an ear to vent to. He missed people from school, and he had to admit that the seven years there had regretfully not given him the opportunity to really befriend all that many on a more personal level. Ron and Hermione were with him on his adventures, and that of course meant he'd become close with them; however, he was gone from the school, or in the middle of something so much at the school, he lost that chance to become closer with others, but he still considered them friends. They'd fought with him, after all, something he'd never forget.
And of course Lavender, well she was one of the ones who took a bigger hit than most. She seemed to still be coping with it now, along with dealing with several other issues it seemed, looked to him like she could simply use a friend and a smile--as cheesy and cliche as that came across.
