"Clearly," he muttered, dryly. Personally he didn't see the big deal. Why would anyone want to be engaged? It just got in the way and created messy and annoying limitations ... well, maybe not messy, but certainly annoying. Clearly no one should get married. Ever. Waste of time and normally didn't end well.
"Engagement. What a joke," he snorted, pushing off the ledge and turning to face her. He had no misconceived notions about marriage or the like. It was complete bullshit. "And why the fuck are we talking about this?" he rolled his eyes, annoyed with himself for rambling.
"I think I much preferred the less clothing topic."
